What happens if I violate terms or misbehave?

If you misbehave with our support team or engage in fraudulent activities, we will temporarily disable your account and panel. You have 72 hours to provide valid proof that the complaint is wrong. If proven innocent, all services will be restored. Otherwise, all user data will be permanently deleted from our servers with no refund, regardless of account balance or remaining rental days.

Can I share my panel access with others?

No, sharing panel access is strictly prohibited. Sharing your admin login details or sensitive information compromises panel security and violates our terms of service. This could be the first step toward panel security compromise. Each rental is intended for single customer use only to maintain security and service quality.
